We're the floral studio at 4556 Cemetery Road in Hilliard, and when you call, Tamim or Vicki picks up — the same two people who'll cut the stems, build the piece and drive it over themselves. Memorial services here tend toward the simple and the personal rather than the formal. Flowers should feel warm rather than imposing — often a few well-placed arrangements do more than a wall of them. Tell us the budget honestly and we'll make it look considered, never sparse.
It's worth knowing that a lot of what shows up first when you search for funeral flowers isn't actually a local florist. When should flowers arrive for a memorial service?
Before people are seated, not during. Give us the service date and time when you order and we'll plan backward from there — arriving early is always kinder than arriving close.
Does Northwest Bible have rules about flowers?
Many churches do — on placement near the altar or chancel, on stands, or on what stays afterward. It's worth a quick call to the church office, and we're glad to make that call for you if you'd rather not.
I'm not family. What's appropriate to send?
An arrangement or a plant sent in your name is always appropriate. Larger standing sprays are usually left to immediate family. If you're unsure, we'll ask two or three gentle questions and tell you plainly what fits.
Can you deliver to the family's home instead?
Yes, and it's often the kinder choice once the service is behind them. Families frequently receive more flowers than they can carry home. Something that arrives quietly a week later tends to be the one they remember.
Do you charge a service fee like the national flower websites?
No. We're not a wire service or an order-gatherer. When you order from us you're paying a Hilliard floral studio directly — no middleman takes a cut, so more of your money ends up in the flowers.
I'm out of state. Can I still send flowers to Ohio today?
Yes — most of the people we help aren't in Ohio at all, and that's completely normal. Order online or call, tell us the funeral home or church and the service time, and we'll take care of the rest here in Hilliard.
Can a group of coworkers send one arrangement together?
Yes, and it happens often. One person can order and simply note it's from the office or the team — we'll list names on the card however feels right. Call us if you're splitting the cost a few ways and want a hand sorting it out.
